What Do I Need to Bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, strap, block, and cotton or wool blanket.
A location schedule will be posted on our website and will be emailed to all registrants.
Instructor: Annalisa Bragg
Annalisa Bragg, a certified hatha yoga teacher, has been teaching yoga for 15 years and teaching outdoor and environmental education for 22 years. She has a special interest in making yoga accessible for all ages, from early childhood on up to the young at heart. Annalisa has found great support and healing from her varied practice, and looks forward to sharing all she’s learned with you, that you may find space, joy, and healing as well.
