Tiger Activity Center-Recreation and Aquatics Program for All Ages Tiger Activity Center (TAC) Located at Delano High School (700 Elm Av), the Tiger Activity Center is Delano’s premier family recreation facility for all ages. Amenities include an indoor track, weight and circuit training rooms, pool, and multi-use courts. You may access the Activity Center through either an annual membership or by purchasing a daily pass. The district encourages the responsible use of district facilities by individuals and groups. Delano Community Education has been designated by the school board to manage the use of school facilities under board approved policy. Community Education also schedules use of both district and City of Delano fields.
